Gradual is an artificial intelligence agency founded in 2026. We combine automation, software development and web design in one team so AI works inside your company, not in a slide deck.

## Why we exist

Almost every company has tried ChatGPT, and almost none has turned it into saved hours. The problem is rarely the AI. It is messy data, tools that don't talk to each other, and projects that try to change everything at once.

So we work in phases. We start with one process, measure it, and continue only if the savings are real. That is where the name comes from.
