The assessment measures whether your business has the foundation AI needs to work. The questions cover five areas: where customer and sales information lives, whether your tools talk to each other, whether processes are documented and measured, how your team already uses tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and who decides, with what budget and data policy. It does not ask about advanced technology. A company with a well-used CRM and three documented processes is more ready than one with AI licenses nobody uses. ## How is your level calculated? Each question has four answers that score 0, 1, 2 or 3. The total runs from 0 to 30 and falls into five bands: - **Level 1, Analog** (0-6 points): data is scattered, so tidy it before automating. - **Level 2, First steps** (7-12): you can launch a pilot on one repetitive, measurable process. - **Level 3, Underway** (13-18): you can connect tools and add an AI agent in support or sales. - **Level 4, Integrated** (19-24): time to scale with agents across systems and a shared AI policy. - **Level 5, AI-native** (25-30): the work becomes maintaining, measuring and finding new advantages.
