What does an AI automation agency actually do?
An AI automation agency designs and deploys artificial intelligence systems inside a company: automations between tools, agents that answer customers, internal assistants, and the software that connects them. At Gradual we also handle maintenance, because AI models change every few months.
How much does it cost to bring AI into my business?
It depends on the number of processes, the channels (text, WhatsApp or voice) and the tools to connect. After the first call we send you a proposal with a fixed budget for each phase, so you know what you pay before we start. Third-party usage such as AI APIs or telephony is paid directly to the provider, with no markup from us. Tell us about your case.
How long until it is up and running?
A pilot on a specific process usually reaches production in 4 to 6 weeks. Custom software or integrations across several systems take 8 to 16 weeks, delivered in two-week increments.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We need one person on your team who knows the process well and can give a few hours a week during the pilot. We handle the technical side.
What happens to my data privacy?
We work with GDPR-compliant providers, host data in the EU when the project requires it, and sign a data processing agreement. Your company data is never used to train third-party models.
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, with companies in Europe, Latin America, the UK and the US.
